When the nominees are decided, every candidate have to submit a episode which shows in their opinion his/her best acting, then the voters (16k) have to vote from 1 to 5 or 6 (that depends on the nominees in the category) 1 is the highest rank and 5/6 the lowest, who gets more '1s' wins the award. So, which episode? and, why?
