I believe it is televised. On YouTube it's generally listed as 'Best Actress in a Mini-Series'. Some examples:

Angelina Jolie winning in 1999

Helen Mirren in 2007

(Correct me if I'm wrong! The nominees list doesn't mention any "Mini-Series" so I think this is what they mean.)

If she doesn't it's still okay cause being nominated for the award for her first major acting role is still amazing!
