I think she should do what Lily Rabe does and switch between being a major and minor character each season, though I doubt that with how Gaga is essentially Jessica's replacement. If she is in next season, I think Ryan will give her a similar role to the Countess like how Jessica Lange had the same character for 3 seasons But I want her to be a normal person. A scientist who's trying to figure out what's going on with animal related murders in some coastal town; a morally grey spirit living among the ruins of some forest; something like Shachath from Asylum or Legba from Coven; Satan. That said, I also really, really want something different for Angela Bassett. She's such a great actress, but she needs better writing.
