Alive is very disappointing, cheap thrills and this are meh Her earlier albums were ****ing brilliant, we are born and some people have real problems are musical masterpieces, 1000FOF was more generic but still incredible. Music 15,215 Posted January 7, 2016 Share Posted January 7, 2016 i am a big Sia fan and i generally love all of her songs; mainly due to her melodies and metaphorical lyrics. but, one thing that i have noticed in her recent releases for her upcoming album, is that she hasn't written many bridges (Bird Set Free, One Million Bullets, Reaper and to an extent Cheap Thrills) for some of her songs like Chandelier, it works a treat, but a majority of her recent tracks seem like they are necessary because the song needs that division within the song - contrastly, Alive has an awesome bridge demonstrating her powerhouse vocals. nevertheless, she is an amazing song-writer and i hope one day Gaga works with her! this album is shaping up to be an amazing body of work with a unique concept Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
