I was super excited when I read the title of the thread. Then I read the content.

This has me less hyped than ever for the album!

Shes only been writing for a year? I thought it had been longer than that.

This leads me to believe LG5 will not be with us soon. I'm now thinking a winter or spring (next year) release.

Nah, Bobby and Ryan Murphy confirmed it was going to be out in 2016

The album will come when it's ready. Stop complaining. This interview doesn't confirm/deny anything. Read it without preconceptions: it says very little. We can't assume barely anything, and it's better this way imho.

Why can't she talk simpler and to the point, her answer is so confusing :duck:

sometimes I feel like she likes to talk just for the sake of talking without making any sense

She's just a dreamer!! Let her be, it's so wonderful.

Ps: She gets lost, sometimes. Still cute.

To all of you shading ARTPOP, remember when she said that BTW was a mess??? :lolga: If there is pain behind the a record, it doesn't mean that it's bad or that she's dragging it down :toofunny:

And I'm kinda afraid, cause I love ARTPOP and I'm not here for another dissapointment ala BTW :toofunny: not trying to shade it, I was dissapointed with it, not trying to take your opinion about it :)

She said about ARTPOP that it's driven by pain, but listening to that record sets you free of that pain, which I relate to 100%

But I won't just give up on LG5 so easily, just hope that the overhyping won't make me expect more from it, hopefully I've learned :laughga:

She said something like "I know BTW was kinda messy in production, but it was because the revolution's always messy" and then she went on about the new record (ARTPOP) being more polished :nick: (which I agree with)

Don't remember when or where she said that, but this is almost the exact way of how she said it, I got pretty good memory, I chose well to study interpreting tbh :laughga:

She did say BTW's production was "messy" (in a good way), but I don't remember her saying ARTPOP's production was more "polished"  (?)

"My last album was riddled with pain".

Is this the shade?

I assumed she mean't it in the sense that her lyrical content in the album was painful for her, or was it that the era/album brought actual pain to her? :emma:

In my messy era.
