Well, I really don't know much about belts and specific things in singing, I just thought it has harder the part she skipped. However, she delivered great vocals without eco in her mic! What she did is to change the last "from you" to take a breath instead of jumping directly to the D5. pitching up the last pre-note, turning the G4, into, probably C5, to make the jump to D5 easier. You can tell by the way she speaks and treats her friends that she's a really wonderful person. How I wish I had more friends like Diane and Tony Bennett... I really hope people appreciate Diane more. OT: The performance was okay, the Billboard performance was better. I think #1, Til It Happens To You only does justice when it's recorded properly and televised. #2 Gaga needs the drum, violins and other instruments to truly deliver a good performance. I'm not putting the blame on Gaga, but such a song requires her to yell a lot to nail the high notes, and if she only performs it with a piano, she has to slow it down to suit the pace of the song.
