3yo toddler found unharmed but cold and alone in a parking lot

Caraline Leon-Alcocar, 3, was in her mother's car when it was stolen by a thief on Saturday night. A frantic search began to try and find the car, and when police did they realized the toddler was not inside. Caraline was finally found alone in a parking lot at around 1am bundled up and trying to stay warm in below freezing temperatures. She is expected to make a full recovery, but the thief is still at large 

'Those types of calls that come in, those are the No. 1 priority call a police officer is ever going to respond to,' Officer Drobik said Monday. Drobik said it was an emotional call for the officers, many of whom have children of their own. 

Aside from theft charges, police say the suspect also will likely face kidnapping and child abuse charges when caught.

I was nearly brought to tears. Poor little girl...
