LG5 era might be a dark era?

It'd be nice if all the 16 covers made up Gaga's new team for LG5. She's literally working with the best people she's ever had connections with in her career for this project.

Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more?

Many reasons it will be a dark era (bookmark me :hor:)

1) She's coming from AHS, the most horrific TV show

2) She's at her best doing dark stuff and she knows it : Bad Romance, BTW album

3) Now that she's happy she can be as dark in her music as she wants, it won't affect her as before

4) Come on, do you see Gaga in a cheesy thing? Eh Eh is far away guys :nick:

Highway Unicorn, Donatella, Bad Kids, Hair....

REALITY

I love the her V99 cover (obviously), and I think that in terms of the aesthetics, outfits, and make-up, it will be a "darker" era, but I'm not entirely sure in terms of music. I want LG5 to sound something like her I Want Your Love cover, which isn't necessarily a "dark" thing. People have also speculated that this new album will be some sort of disco/pop/punk sort of album, which again, isn't necessarily "dark". However, that said, I'm sure she'll have some darker, and more powerful songs in the album—they're probably going to be some sort of ballad.

Whatever the case may be, I just want LG5 as soon as possible.

The fame monster music wasn't THAT dark. Bad romance and telephone are examples. It's the imagery that made the music dark. Does that make sense? So I think even if she does make some disco influenced music (which I still doubt is disco) the imagery will be dark.

I agree on Telephone, but Bad Romance not being dark enough ? I mean, it's a lot darker than let's say Monster and as dark as Alejandro IMO, whatcha even talking about ? :duck:

That is such a good way to look at it. It's obivous when you think about it, but I never really thought of that.

Yes, and she'll burn her green weave before starting the new DARK era.

This. Gaga's music is rarely "dark". It's imagery.

Aren't Monster, Dance in the dark and Alejandro dark?

Teeth is primal

Telephone is very colourful indeed
