Alien Tulip 12,428
I know some of you understand where I come from when I say she seems a lot older than a person her age. This isn't a bad thing at all and in fact good. It's just crazy that she's only going to be 30 years old this year. I know 30 sounds old to people in their teens but 30 is actually very young still and people in their 40s and 50s look at people in their 30s as "kids" and "babies" lol but I think Gaga who is about to turn 30 sort of understands older people more lol. I don't know if any of the early gaga fans from 2008 like me remember this but I remember in 2008 gaga's wikipedia page had her information wrong. It said she was 27 and born in Yonkers. I actually believed that she was 27 until I did more research when I downloaded The Fame and found out she was only 22 which shocked me because even during her earlier career interviews she always came off as someone "beyond" their time and she talked about her first album like she was already in the music business for twenty years. If a person never heard of lady gaga and watched the show studio 2010 interview they would never guess that woman was only 24 years old since she always seemed so intelligent and constructed her words intelligently along with answering questions well thought out. It probably also has to do with how she looked 35 in that interview. I think Gaga's looks play a role in making herself seem older especially since at times she purposely makes herself look like a woman in her 40s with the makeup, hair and most importantly gowns and dresses. Then there are times where Gaga looks her age and even younger but still has an old soul which I adore. It's hard to believe Gaga was only 25 or 26 during the born this way era because she seemed so maternal and older during that era The only time Gaga acted juvenile was during that phase she went through in 2012 where she would post photos of herself smoking grass and getting into twitter fights with people (I guess part of 2013 too but she's human and we all go through shizz). By the way in no way am I implying that people in their 20s and 30s are immature as that's not wildly untrue and everyone's mentality ages differently. I mean I've met many teenagers that are more mature and intelligent than some folks in their 30s. It's just an interesting observation that Gaga seems more like a 60s or 70s baby rather than an 80s one. I think Tony Bennett himself said once that Gaga is a "kid" but she has the soul of a 60 year old woman.

mariomania1234 11,368
I think this is part of her appeal to me. She seems like an old soul.
Seeka 12,372
Edit this and go throughout this hot mass of text, pressing enter occasionally. It'll be far more easy on the eyes. But, simply yes, Gaga is more mature.
SISTERV 3,887
I've never really looked at her with age because she has never presented herself as a certain age demographic. She has a unique youthful silliness to her that surrounds this very wise, thought out internal aura. She never has been a "sex symbol" in the way typical pop girls are presented and that obviously gets the age conversation rolling.

Not to mention, half of the people here act like illiterate twinks. You're not getting people to read that even without text breaks. And the point of free writing is for ideas to be drafted later. Not to write massive walls of text that hurt people's eyes.
Koreku 2,387
I agree with it all! You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.
andy232000 11,638
well she appeals to everyone. and i dont know, she´s never seem to me any other age but her actual age. i see her right now and i see a woman exploding into her 30th. to me thinking she´s 31 even makes me go "nop she doesnt look that old". even if its just one more years. not even with her makeup sometimes she looks a year past 30 to me...maybe 35 in some extreme cases but thats like once in a blue moon

Not to write massive walls of text that hurt people's eyes. I guess that's what makes everyone different really. Not to come off as pretentious or anything in that nature but I don't watch p0rn as I'm not a sexual person myself so I'm not aware p0rn has wall of text now days since I thought it was just videos of two people having sexual intercourse together. I know what free writing is but I just used that comment as to why I don't really care to edit my wall of text. I don't plan to revision and finish anything that's posted on a forum. I wouldn't even care if anybody replied to this thread or not to be quite honest. For me wall of texts don't bother me or hurt my eyes and I don't even have 20/20 vision. Also what is the obsession with labeling people as "twinks" when most of us don't even know how we look? On this forum and other pop forums, if you find someone annoying you label them as a skinny gay person when that person could have a different body structure
Dangerous Man 9,245
I remember during her The Fame days (I was still in high school and ignorant about Gaga), my classmate told me that Gaga was already at her 40s. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."

Never read p0rn? There's a monster p0rn story market on Amazon and you have never read regular p0rn? What planet are you from? Are you on a computer in the 1920s? E.L. james essentially wrote a BDSM fanfic of Twilight and made money off it and you have never read p0rn? I usually use twink as "annoying gay guy" or "person who acts like annoying gay guy". It's not a positive term.

You also didn't know that 50 Shades of Grey was originally a Twilight fanfiction? I thought that was common knowledge at this point?
