arthurhmangum 4,408
My favorite Lana album is Ultraviolence tied with Honeymoon. Every time I listen to Ultraviolence and Honeymoon, Lana gives me a shiver which is a feeling that I don't get from a lot of artists. Especially when I'm feeling extra nostalgic or emotional it even pushes me to the point of crying. I know it sounds strange but I feel a strong connection with these albums more than Born to die or Paradise. Favorite Ultraviolence songs (in no specific order): 1. Shades of Cool 2. Brooklyn Baby 3. West Coast 4. Sad Girl 5. Pretty When You Cry 6. Money Power Glory 7. Black Beauty 8. Florida Kilos 9. Is This Happiness Favorite Honeymoon songs (in no specific order): 1. High By the Beach 2. Freak 3. Art Deco 4. Religion 5. Salvatore 6. The Blackest Day What's yours? Stressed, depressed, but well dressed.

I probably love some Honeymoon tracks more than UV ones, but I guess I wouldn't really mind for some Honeymoon songs to just disappear from her discography. I love all songs on that album but not all songs impress me equally. When I look at UV's tracklist I feel like I couldn't possibly live without any of them
FREAK 765
Honeymoon It's so captivating, everytime when I want to listen to just one song I end up listening to the whole record BTD & Ultraviolence are really close tho. I love all her albums so much The earth shattered, the sky opened, The rain was fire but we were wooden

Versace 7,860
BTD/Paradise but the songs of Paradise to me are slightly more superior than BTD's tracks
Eros92 2,487
Born To Die. I think the album shows off more sides of her then any album that followed through Honeymoon was kinda return to that while Ultraviolence was more 60s/70s trippy/psychedelic feel then the 50's theatrical feel that BTD had. Ultraviolence has strong imagery than any of her other albums. Me listening to Ultraviolence (or what I think of when I listen): Stressed, depressed, but well dressed.
