I wouldn't believe him if I were you. he's definitely biased but there is some truth in his statements. he's a certified insider on the album but i do think his emotions are leading him to say a lot of things that may be exaggerations. Rihanna isn't versatile enough to make an experimental record work. Her voice is great, and its a shame they are going to look over that for a Trap record. Exaggerations are an understatement. I understand that he's an insider, and he proved that by leaking a piece of Kiss It Better... But his tweets are becoming more and more obscure. LoveandMagic 1,731 Posted December 29, 2015 Share Posted December 29, 2015 I kind of wish she would just say, "screw it!" and release what she wanted, right now, regardless of charts or sales, or GP expectations, and just put out there whatever it is she wants, whether it's "timeless" or trap/urban, R&B, experimental, whatever. Just put it out there, let the world judge, and move on. At least at the end of the day she could say it's all her. Not that I blame her for wanting to follow the advice of someone she trusts, nor do I blame her for wanting to put out something that resonates and is meaningful instead of a bunch of mindless dance bops (we have albums and artists full of them, their nice but many are forgettable in the long term). Every artist should want to try something new and push themselves creatively at some point, even if it's only once. That's how music progresses. Regardless, I just hope that what she does is 100% her and the way she wants, whatever it is and however it's done. Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax." Cool move, Travis and co. I really hope she is in collaboration with Gaga on this album, because we all know that Gaga will say the right things to empower her and remind her to stick to her guns creatively. Since last morning first there was some managment thing and then rih, jenners and the rest started. These tweets were different style than the rest of his tweets.
