Update: Hillary For America spokesman Jesse Ferguson offered the following statement in response to this article:

"A big reason Hillary Clinton was in Keota yesterday was to support smaller, struggling communities and their school districts that face shrinking tax bases. As the only candidate to outline a detailed plan to spur economic growth in rural areas like Keota, she spoke again about Governor Brandstad’s decision to starve Iowa schools, especially rural ones, of critical funding, which could force too many rural schools to close. She also noted that shutting down these schools was not good for Iowa students and communities. Hillary Clinton’s entire career has been a commitment to fixing struggling schools, not shutting them down, and she’s going to continue that if she’s elected President."

She is in NO WAY better than trump. She has never lead a damn thing and she has been caught lying for decades. Trump , regardless of his attitude, has at least accomplished things in his life that happened to have helped others along the way.

Yes but she isn't going to bomb the world because China insulted her.

 

Also, we've all lied for decades. Trump to. Trump especially. And I do think some of the good thing that Hillary has done is being swept under the rug.

 

but honestly, Hillary is not going to start World war III or close the internet, or do anything unbearably stupid. Trump will. He will find a way. Stupidity always finds a way once it's in.

Is that why she:

-told the families at the Benghazi hearing "what difference does it make" when they lost an American family member?

-thought paying body guards to guard her home bathroom where her server was would prevent it from being hacked?

-hired accountants and lawyers to clean up the fraud from the Clinton Foundation for using donations towards parties, flying first class, and transferring money to her PAC?

-had an FBI investigation in 2000 for taking white house historic property and claiming she thought it was her own furniture?

-standing by with anti gay legislation until 2008 when it Barack announced he changed his mind on gay marriage?

-paying her own female staff less than her male staff in the 2008 campaign?

-taking money from Trump himself in the 2008 campaign to make ads against Obama?

-accepting millions of dollars from dictators in countries where women are sold into the sex trade, beaten, and brutalized?

-being one of the first senators to support Bush into invading Iraq with no long term plan?

She totally sounds like a smart person.

I am not going to defend Hillary to the death here. I'll adit that she has done awful things. While I am not on the political up and up either, would you, honestly, vote for Trump, who would ruin everything, while Hillary, who would ruin less, but is still a lesser evil than Trump?

And like I said, we are ignoring at least some of the good that Hillary has done.

For me, its Bernie>Hillary>Trump>Cruz/Rubio (the rest have basically no chance anyway)

Cruz/Rubio might ACTUALLY do some of those awful, regressive things they are campaigning on. Trump builds a lot of steam and actually proposes quite a few things that are basically unconstitutional, or just flat out impractical (and expensive) in every sense of the word, and honestly if he were to get the nomination, the GOP might just break in half  (not that I have a problem with that)
