Other than their gender, and millions of sales in difference, is there really any difference between Adele and Sam Smith? I mean they both focus on ballads (even very similar instrumentals), they both provide simplistic videos and performances, and they both have very similar vocals (both in range and in style).

They both have a different method and way of thinking to how they approach music imo.

Sam seems more genuine and Adele seems more privelaged.

The difference is that when people bring Sam Smith up I don't want to bash my own head against the pavement...

Seriously, Adele and Star Wars, give me a break, you guys...

ATTENTION: (bad) jokes and sarcasm are still a thing, so don't take everything I say literally. Thank you.

Dangerous Man

So far Sam has only released 1 album and is yet to prove himself as a staple artist.

Adele is already an established superstar and currently the biggest musician.
