First of all, she's not on a saddle, which can be dangerous way of riding a horse for people who are not professionals. So then it makes me think about Gaga's riding skills. The horse is not on a leash, so it means that she's riding a horse all by herself. The horse must be trained well and calm, because you can see Asia and Koji are there. Some horses might be afraid of these little dogs. They can easily scare a horse and it will put Gaga, who is not on a saddle, in danger. But I think the horse is just very calm, which is very good. One more thing, I can see that the horse's head is not in a comfortable position, which means that Gaga is not a professional rider, but she's very brave. I also wonder how old is the horse.
