It isn't underrated. Almost everyone loves it.

The bleeped "f*ck" near the end of the song ruins the CD

I didn't ask for a free ride, I only asked you to show me a real good time.

I think it's pretty much... correctly rated? Like, the vast majority of the fanbase acknowledges it is one of the best songs from Born This Way.

No kidding. The premise of the thread is all wrong.

Many true fans (longtime fans--not the kids who just jumped on the train halfway through the BTW-era) consider it THE song off of BTW.

How could it possibly be considered "underrated"?

Government Hooker is how i imagined a fragment of ARTPOP, it is structured very interesting but it's also so catchy. It sounds so damn atmospherically...it consists of danger, drama and eroticism. The writing is ambiguously: Socio-critical system scanner in moist heat...while the siren blares, the society danced...in the red sweaty crackle air.

I liked the song immediately and it's one of the best experimental pop songs that I know.

This is so weird, I mean she sounds amazing but the guitar and the soft Vocals are just not fitting.

It's better when you speed it up a little and add the guitars back in the beginning. :green:

Interesting.... you got a link to listen to that remix? :green:

Black Jesus is the most underrated and is my second fave song of hers, but I agree GH is still underrated, I always loved it because it's basically a dance track mixed with hip-hop and metal
