Sounds promosing. :flutter:

They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.

Is it just me, or do her songs start to feel the same??? Don´t get me wrong, I love Sia, but I don´t see any improvement or anything new in her music since her last album, except the wig being half black :toofunny:

honestly, her music was million times better before she got exposed to the gp! listen to "We are Born" from 2010

& then she worked with david guetta on Titanium & She Wolf (Falling to Pieces) which are amazing songs that deserved all the success but it looks like her label or whoever/whatever thought that they could make some money of her solo & she ended up doing some basic **** music

and nobody can tell me otherwise, because no song of "1000 Forms of Fear" got even half as many emotions as "Clap you Hands", "The Girl you lost to Cocain", "Breathe Me" or "Drink to get Drunk"

I KIND OF agree with some of the things you say. Some of her early work is definitely beautiful and she recorded 1000 Forms Of Fear as an experiment, which worked and now she just figured out the formula to sell a hit record, which she is doing. I like this album as well, but it's starting to feel a little bit empty, I still need to listen to the album in full when it gets released, though.

Also, 1000 Forms of Fear has some really good songs, I'd say Dressed In Black is the best one and has so much emotion, along with Big Girls Cry, Eye of The Needle, Fair Game, Fire Meet Gasoline, etc. (and of course, Chandelier and Elastic Heart), It's a really good album but I understand why you say that.

1st of all: thanks for staying so polite :)

2nd: i LOVE "Fair Game" but i think that's because it sounds like her previous music

3rd: i can understand you're point of you too, but as I already said & you understand, I won't repeat myself :D

Love it!! Feels like a bop already

I know many hate the concept of the album, I'll admit I'm not too fond of it. The fact that she has practically said, that she isn't attached to any of the lyrics or songs in general is a bit disappointing, but if I can enjoy albums by artists that have almost 0 influence in their music, then why wouldn't I enjoy this album? I'm looking forward to epic jams by Sia, without feeling the need to prove herself in the eyes of the audience. It's actually a smart move, considering that after a big success (like her previous singles off of 1000 Forms of Fear), people have high expactations. This is a smart move... And then her next album will be all Sia again. I like the plan :flower:

But I'm only a man and I do what I can.

Read her interview with Rolling Stone and it's going to make more sense why it sounds like a Rihanna song

That's the one that she was going to give to Rihanna but since Rihanna never show up to the studio she said, "fûçk it! I'm recording it!" :gaycat:
