StarstruckIllusion 52,547
No, literally. When it first came out, how long did it take for it to get stuck in your head. It pissed me off that for the first month after release I could not remember how it went at all, while one listen to roar and the chorus drilled down into my head. Did anyone else here have that problem? bc I know…
Phoenix 17,395
No, I was obsessed with it, I knew the lyrics a day or two after it's release. I replayed it 100 times in a day lmao. I feel like it was yesterday. 💎
Didymus 34,379
Hmm.. not really. I listened to it a lot though. For me, it's super catchy and it was from the beginning
McMonster08 4,528
I only started appreciating it when the video came out
StarryNight 10,106
After first chorus tbh, I didn't understand all the lyric but the song itself was infectious from start nostalgia's for geeks
Chic 20,830
I actually prefer when I forget how a song I like goes temporarily, because I know it's great but I don't know exactly which parts are great. So then I'm not replaying it in my head, and when I listen it's more fresh.
Mobster 14,604
I had to force myself into liking that song... At first I couldn't get over the Miranda Sings verses, but once I played 50 times, I started appreciating it and it's probably the magic of the song probably took the longest to wear off... But I'm only a man and I do what I can.
Bazaar 5,752
I remember when some of it leaked while I was at work and I had no internet connection and I liked it so much. And after a few days I already knew the lyrics haha

arthurhmangum 4,408
I don't know what you're asking. I remember the day it came out. I was x2 slayed because Roar came out the same day, but Gaga songs don't really get stuck in my head anymore. So yeah. You're not the only one. Stressed, depressed, but well dressed. Duella Dvil 10,492
When it came out I didn't have any interwebs... So... I literally heard it on the radio first, recorded it from halfway thru the second chorus to the end and listened to that til I got a full recording from my nearly ten year old MP3 player that can record radio like a dvr. then i downloaded that version to disc along with some other bops (Scream and shout Will.I.Am brit, some zedd and remixes of other songs) then I FINALLY got interwebz and I bought it on amazon (the single disc with instrumental) downloaded that on everything shared it with like four djs at the school, i brought that thing to every dance Then I found the aura leak... oh lawd... then swine fest, I kept downloading each new song as it leaked/premiered or was performed on new discs. The version of aura I had was structured differently and had a different outro Intro/verse1/chorus/verse2/chorus/bridge/chorus/different outro. Then I had it as Applause, Aura, Venus, DWUW, DOPE, Swine Fest, and listened to that. Daily. At least six times, it was back to the fame/the fame monster days for me, carrying CDs everywhere (I didn't have a smart phone) GaGa was back and I never forgot how to be the little monster I am. It was suuuch a happy time. Til venus got swapped. That literally made me cry (Venus was/one of my favs on ARTPOP).... www.instagram.com/theduella666
blackstar 11,512
I remember it was around 21:00 o'clock and I was watching some random videos on YouTube (I that time, I haven't use Twitter or any other social media as much as I'm using today) and I went to the main page and in the recommend section, I saw a video named Applause (Official) and the first thought was it's just another fake audio or smth but then suddenly I saw the name of the channel and I was like whaaat and then I clicked on the video and I was thinking: Is this real? What the ****?!?! I think that I shared the video with anyone from my class and family lol. Tomorrow at the same time, I already knew all the lyrics.
