Every 'original-production' second of every Oscars broadcast belongs to the Academy legally and it appears they don't publish / sell rights to any live performances on their stage following the live broadcast to keep it about the movies, not music

They obviously allowed ABC to post it so I don't see why they wouldn't do the same with the artist...
