No, contour doesn't change the physical shape of a face that can be seen from angles, it just creates an illusion. Her cheekbones, chin, and forhead/eyebrows are much different. She got fillers and botox (which is why she was seen leaving that beverly hills surgeon office the other day + a user here looked up that doctor and he specializes in creating cheekbones with fillers. It's very obvious Gaga has gone overboard with the injections when you watch the recent interviews...her face makes no expressions anymore. It's got that shiny smooth emotionless wax look that fresh botox creates.Then there are her Donatella lips. Which I can't even get into.

I hope she stops and gets help for the underlying reason she is fcking with herself this way.

They are being opinionated about an idol, an inspiration not some random celebrity, of course they are going to care what she does to herself. 

I do not care what you all say, I don't want the person I look up to becoming unrecognisable and a Lil Kim 2.0. She does not need it, she is not even 30 for Christ sake.

But whatever. She can do what she wants. I was alright with the minor adjustments in her early days, but she is getting it more and more now and it is kind of getting out of hand.

I do not care if she does not warrant our opinions  

We are on a forum of course we are all going to have opinions. Like I said, she can do whatever she wants, but it's this fanbase that is going to throw their toys out the pram when she does not look the same anymore.

Not overboard considering she looks drop dead gorgeous here and her face looks like nothing has changed except for the makeup, which again can do lots of things. I think some fans needs to stop being so over dramatic.

Overboard because she has zero facial expressions anymore, looks like a baby Donatella, and the majority of fans are completely shocked she would go so far...I mean you admitted people are reacting quite dramatically.....her fanbase wouldn't react *this* dramatic about it if it was just some minor fillers. It just sucks to see our hero and idol with a new face and feel she has to fill herself up with acids to keep up in Hollywood.

I do understand the concern, here we stan for not just a celebrity popstar but for a human being who changed our lives for good .. made us more confident with her message of self acceptance & love and taught us to be brave, come what may ... I believe the majority of people here are just genuinely concerned that she might go overboard and do some serious damage to her face with all these fillers ! It's cause we all love her soo much & don't want her to be in a bad light for any reason whatsoever .. I personally agree that Gaga's new look is raising a lotta eyebrows , but let's keep the faith .. I do feel this post belongs in the lip thread. I don't think people question her so much that they are less of a fan because of her choices, but I might be wrong. And Gaga can and will do what she wants, no matter what fans think, so i'm not worried about that either. I'm not a big fan of cosmetic surgery in general, but I doesn't mean I don't support my gal anymore. Love her to death and that hasn't changed one bit.

100% agree. Personally, I sort of like the cosmetic changes to Gaga, but my opinion aside, we shouldn't shun Gaga because of something she did to her body. We have no right as to say what to do or not to do with her body. I just hope that she's happy with who she is.

I think Gaga is just insecure about her nose. I think her facial adjustments are meant to make her nose look smaller and make her features more balanced/proportionate.Thats probably one of the reasons why she wears sunglasses so often. They make her nose appear smaller. 

Maybe she wanted to get a nose job but never did because doing so would likely affect her voice.

Im not saying i agree with injections or that she needs it. Im just trying to guess her reasoning.

I cant even imagine what it would be like to be a non conventional looking person in this industry and then to be aging on top of that. I dont think any of us should judge her. She must have had so much pressure to look a certain way when She was younger. Even if she is left alone now, im sure those words are still engrained in her. 

I remember reading in the Maureen Callahan book that in the beginning of Gaga's career, she was part of conversations with her team or managers discussing how they were going to distract the public from her non conventional features or use makeup/accessories or whatever to make her nose less obvious. I dont know how true this is, but i think its very likely that she experienced situations like that. Can you imagine what that would feel like? How degrading and humiliating would that be?

The woman has been through so much. We cant expect her to be the perfect role model.

I think that's so wrong though to say we should "support it " and now "Ignore it". Yes she's going to do what she wants to do And yes our opinions might not matter to her but if shes doing it out of a place of insecurity or having an underline issue how can that be ignored?  We are the fan base and as the fan base I think we are just careing for her and concerned. I haven't read any super mean and aggressive comments yet. Shes a public figure and is going to be talked about. The GP might make fun of her or talk about it negatively but atleast the fan base talks about it in a place of concern. If someone is having an issue you dont ignore it you try and help in a way you know how. I just dont see Gaga telling an insecure 29 year old girl who wants to get crazy amount of fillers "yea girl do it" do you?. For me in my head the whole thing dosent make sense and is so hypocritical of her message.

I haven't seen one person say "I don't like lady gaga anymore because of these changes" tho.... I think people are just concerned. People interpret that as I don't like lady Gaga any more and I don't know why....

I personally think Gaga can do to her face whatever she wants.  She's a grown woman, after all, so why would she need anyone's permission or approval? 

As for the people saying it's hypocritical of Gaga and very anti-BTW, let's put things into perspective here.  Just because she's insecure doesn't mean she isn't practicing what she preached.  Gaga loves herself just the way she is but, she's also human.  As humans, we all have our highs and lows and sometimes other people's criticism gets the best of us and makes us second-guess ourselves. 

Haven't any of you ever fallen off the bandwagon?  Why should she be held to a different standard?  Because she's in the public eye?  So, does that mean that if she says she's never going to smoke again because it causes cancer and it could potentially ruin her vocal cords, quits for about 5 years and then falters, she's a total hypocrite for going against what she said?  That's f*cking bull$hit and all of you know it.  Let her be!  It's her body, not ours.
