Just because she goes under cosmetic procedures doesn't mean she isn't comfortable with how she looks or is insecure with herself. I know she once did those things in the past because of certain reasons, but we can't constantly assume.

Also how is being judged for being "plastic" versus being judged for being "weird" any different?

Having some cosemetic procedures won't make someone look like MJ unless that person tells his or her surgeon, "Make me look like MJ." Then there is the fact that MJ was a deeply depressed individual and you flat out called him ugly. But I'm the one who should have several seats.
