 I honestly thought it'd never come to this lolol. Didn't think she'd ever go that far with facial tweaks. After all her love your self talk it's hard for me to NOT care about this to some extent. Disappointed I guess. Gonna try to forget this and just hope she doesn't become a donatella.

So I'm looking at the newest pics where she's leaving the apt with Taylor tonight and she looks SO much better, almost absolutely normal. Yeah, you can still see she has recently got injections but why she looked so much worse during the Billboard event is probably injections together with that freakin TAPE. Why does she keep using that, I don't understand. She looks miles better without it.

I don't get why it's such a big deal to some people to be completely honest.  They are small changes (at least imo) and if that makes Gaga happy, then that makes me happy for her.

lips and eyebrows??  someone must tell her it doesn't fit her at all!!!!!!

generally, gaga is normal looking woman. she is so beautiful when she has minimal makeup, but lips and eyebrows makes her ugly

Not to be rude or condescending, but in this thread there have been more than enough people who have explained exactly why it's a big deal to them. Most revolve around concern, either for her physical (in the future) or mental (in the present) situation.

You're absolutely entitled to your opinion, but so far there has been an abundance of people just coming in here and repeating that they don't get why this is even something worthy of discussion (and you were the most kind so far, luckily, usually a personal isult is added) which, to me, is quite astonishing given the fact that we're 17 pages in and we've already had a very fruitful, multi-dimensional discussion where people have very plainly expressed why they're concerned/worried/interested.

So to all the people who don't "get it": you're just not getting that you have to read a thread (and to be completely honest, the OP alone is clear enough about what this thread is about and who should come in here and who shouldn't) before criticizing it. Not that you did (at least not explicitly) but it's just frustrating to me ever since I made it. I made this thread for people who want to discuss, not post that they don't care about the subject. I mean, why would you even do that, it's beyond me.

Oh, I meant that in the sense that while I know the reasons why they feel this certain way, I find it difficult personally to relate/understand why it would even be an issue to them. I realize now that I wasn't very clear, woops.  

I haven't read the whole thread, but it's just that I do not like the way that some members are, in a way, (unintentionally?) shaming Gaga for these procedures. It makes me glad that she doesn't come here often anymore.  They have the right to feel sad and/or disappointed about this, but I don't think that it's okay to say that she shouldn't have done this to herself or that she should stop.

Though, I wasn't trying to ruin the discussion. I'm sorry that I rub you the wrong way with my post.

I think she is aware she went to far. Her selfies from the Billboard event all cover her face pretty much, she constantly was putting her hair/wig all messy to cover her cheeks, the wig itself was cut in those layers almost strategically, she seemed kinda self conscious during the red carpet interviews, ect. I think she knows, which makes it sad.

Sometimes I question if she's actually happy right now or if she's insecure still and just doesn't want to show it. I know her anxiety, depression and happiness jumps in heaps and flows in waves but in general she just seemed much happier and healthier during the first half of this year. It's like ever since she stopped touring with tony bennett and started filming AHS she started looking different and idk I just think maybe the show is bringing negativity into her life that she wont admit.
