Maybe one day she will realize natural face is best face. If she quit lip plumping (whatever the technique, injections or not), quit face tape and quit blonde hair she would look much younger and fresh. But if she want to stay that way, ok I guess... I do personally think she had something done to her nose maybe in 2013 but no one can say for sure. If she wants to look like Donatella, then that's her prerogative. I understand discussing it and all, but there is not need to focus on that and only that (not in reference to this thread, some users just don't stop bringing it up). Before it was more "hmm did she or did she not"...now its so obvious. She doesn't look bad its just that you can tell her face had some work done. I do think it's really unfair to compare Gaga today with old pictures from years ago. I'm her age and I can tell you that signs of aging can hit you in the blink of an eye. I look totally different from two years ago and I never had anything done to my face. Things just start to sag a little bit and I can totally understand if Gaga is experiencing the same and wants to do some little things about it.
