Jared Leto sues TMZ over stolen video featuring Taylor Swift

Jared Leto, the Oscar-winning actor and frontman of the band Thirty Seconds to Mars, has lodged a notable new copyright lawsuit against TMZ, alleging that the gossip site published a sensational video after being warned that it was stolen.

Leto later apologized, tweeting out, “The truth is I think @taylorswift13 is amazing + an incredible example of what’s possible. If I hurt her or her fans my sincerest apologies.”

Knowing TMZ, the footage was probably taken out of context. Even if not, someone needs to stand up to their continous bullying. Go get 'em, Jared!

The title is misleading. If people read the actual article, they'd know that he was ina  studio with an engineer, and he was actually talking nicely about her record, and then (probably jokingly) said "but **** her I don't care" at the end.

I hope he wins. I hate TMZ. In addition to their trashy site, they have an obnoxious show full of a*holes that sit around trashing celebs loudly while practically climbing over each other to mug the camera. They dwell in misery and try to spread as much of it as possible. They are Perez Hilton cloned and with better grammar.
