I wonder how they manage shooting process of the show while making sure psychology of these kids are not harmed... On the set, there are blood-filled scenes that can be considered disturbing for children of these ages...

I guess it helps that they're on set and see the people who are brutally murdered are just fine  seeing the whole background process and such.

OT: I wonder what Alex thinks of the Countess using her kid as a filter :laughga:

You're stinky

There was even a scene where the kid converted his fellow classmates into becoming vampires, killing their teacher and all the kids had to drink his (the vampire kid) 's blood.

These kids are actors though. I am sure that they have gone to auditions and classes, they weren't just thrown into the situation only because they are "kids" and the scenes call for them. A lot of actors start young and have the dream.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

I always assumed they get kids that are already into this kind of thing, I know was at that age. Like PartySick said, they're well aware that it's make-believe and probably think it's a boatload of fun.

Those kids were older tho. Holden and the other vampire boys are probably under 8 and the ones at school were at least 10.
