Many other mass shootings too, they had political/religious motive but the suspects were white christians/atheists. The point being crazy people will get their hands on weapons and ammo whether they are hard to get or not. A neighbor, not the neighbors. Only one man said that and he was indeed racial profiling them. He never saw something that looked like pipe bombs, he only got suspicious because he noticed half a dozen Middle Eastern men hanging around the area going in and out of the place with cardboard boxes. He isn't even a neighbor, he only works near the area. He could have made an anonymous call to report suspicious activity. Also no other neighbors have confirmed this.
