Well, what other point could you have had in making this thread? Your conclusion is that if she wanted to, she could be as successful as Adele. So how else could I interpret that? Kermit the frog 1,921
If she can pull off an instant hit and surprise the audience at the same time, then she will suceed. Those are necessary conditions, since nobody's here for her old antics + the radio must want to play her again.
GagaUnderYou 4,981
Gaga is already memorable. As long as Gaga's music is good, I could care less about her success because she has people that will stand by her forever.
monketsharona 80,360
Honestly no... Though yeah I think Gaga could return very successful like she was back in the beginning of BTW era. Bobby has done a great work in 2015 to clear her name and her image.

Right....if Gaga follows what Adele does on her albums....which is why I said I prefer for artists to follow their own paths and artistic visions. Gaga should follow what she wants to do and what she has always done to varying degrees.

First being successful is all I meant, not the being iconic part (she is already iconic anyways). But yes you are right when you say this is all theory. But the fact that C2C was so successful, even though everyone was hating her with ARTPOP, show us how quickly the GP is willing to go back to Gaga if she used her voice more and she acts more conventional like Adele. Now imagine Gaga doing ballads which are more mass appealing that jazz.

The last two years every focus was on the fact that she was (more) talented (than her contemporaries). That's the best build-up to a new era she's had since The Fame. Promising. Serendipity 7,821
@Enigma sis, you shouldn't have made this thread The monsters don't like AC music believe me they have a more pull towards rock/disco than AC/RnB AC is the reason why the best selling females-Mariah, Whitney and Celine sell so much (sans Madonna) Besides I don't think AC would support her Gaga doesn't have the appeal outside of Pop HAC and AC don't play her AT ALL See talent here-->http://bit.ly/2eqeUxK

Promising. yeah and honestly she has everything in her hands to get a great era : new team, new manager, deal with Live Nation, deal with Apple Music, RedOne is back, she has worked with great people (Nile Rodger, Moroder, Ronson and more), her image is clean again, everybody knows she's more than a shocking value... Honestly I don't see anything to prevent her to get a very successful era... let's hope they won't f*ck up everything in term of promo when the era starts (bad single choices, lack of videos, not enough performances..) But I'm very positive concerning next era ! At some points she can't do worst than she did during ARTPOP era...

IF any artist followed Adele's formula, they aren't going to come close to the numbers that Adele is churning out right now and with 21. It is completely unrealistic to look for it to happen.
