Russians are ruthless ill give you that. They are not the most ruthless and fearless of military powers or capabilities. They are however more reckless so they could act in more dramatic measures. There lack of education or level of propaganda fueled patriotism makes them a dangerous military force. There are a few more countries that can wipe out ISIS, some even in the middle east that are more powerful that russia. Like the saying goes, people with real money don't talk about it. Either way if Russia wants to be attack Isis then more power to them. Maybe they should withdraw from Ukraine and use those soldiers to help lol one country at a time fellas.
