Tropico 4,145
I saw a debate about Emotions vs Music Box on ATRL and Emtiojs was getting lots of acclaim (and Music Box was being DRAGGED for filth). I decided to stream the album and I actually really love it. It also reminded me that I listened to Music Box month ago and it was my first Mariah album and thought her music was really boring. But them Emotion slayed me today. So what's the next best? ♢ Social Justice Enthusiast ♢
Truth 90
I like her first, "Mariah Carey" album at most. Emotions, Butterfly and Daydream are also worth mentioning :)
Hola Soraya 4,350
This for me! It's an arsenal of bops. That album cover though... ¿Tú me estás hablando en inglés?
The Child 18,997
I haven't even listened to all of her albums but a friend I know told me his favorite from her was TEOM. ‘If religion be the cause of disunity, then irreligion is surely to be preferred.’ ‘Abdu’l-Bahá
Noah 26,583
Her best Album by far is Butterfly. It has the best concepts, the best production, lyrics, voice. Even though the belts on Daydream and Charmbracelet are quite good. Butterfly is just holy. If you talk about the best Commercial sounding album, I would say Music Box or TEOM. MIAM-TEC and Rainbow are great Albums too but don't stand out as much. Her Debut Album and Emotions are flawless but IDK, they don't speak to me as much. My thoughts are all over the place. Top 5 best Albums: 5) Rainbow/Charmbracelet 4) Emotions / Daydream 3) Mariah Carey 2) The Emancipation of Mimi 1) Butterfly Most Underrated: Charmbracelet / Mariah Carey Most Vocally Challenging: Charmbracelet/Daydream Most Commercial: The Emancipation of Mimi ⟡ ⋆ ˚。⋆🦢⋆ ˚。⋆⟡
Riot Poof 2,236
Butterfly is a modern masterpiece. It's truly the apex of Mariahrtistry, as well as one of the best albums any pop star has ever put out. That's just my humble opinion, tho. I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.

PMKKARDASHiAN 8,570
I love a lot of her older stuff but TEOM is for me, her best work as a whole, and I feel MOAIA is astounding as well, perhaps not vocally, but lyrically it's pretty great.
