It's true, but this person is completely over-exaggerating. I agree in the sense that she isn't really living up to what she says, but I don't think this makes her a drone or a puppet of the music industry. Honestly, It's not that big of a deal that she received these surgeries because she is still an amazing person who inspires so many in need of her help. In the end, it is her decision and if people don't like it, they don't have to like it.... but I am able to look past this to focus on her great character

She's pretty open about seeing that Epinome doc in Hollywood and getting her lips and what not done. 

I do feel some of it seems unnecessary cause she's naturally beautiful to me, but hey whatever makes her happy.

I also want to point out about the 'cheek implants' that I don't really see it. I'm her age and I noticed in a short amount of time my face really aged in that it started to sag a bit, making my cheerbones stand out more. I noticed the same with Gaga. But it's hard to tell really. Maybe like me she feels she's getting old already. I know I do and I know it sounds crazy and I'm not even in the public eye like she is.

The only thing I don't like about the face tape and sculpting with makeup and fillers is that it can make her look older. Like a woman in her late fourties trying to pass for 26. And shes only 29. I wish she would show off her natural carefree beauty on red carpets just a bit more often, and not just in selfies. She truly is a natural beauty.

I agree even if it's too much. She has lot of work done behing the scene, much before ARTPOP during the blackout. Lips/Botox injections, and even today she did it again (look the last award show she attended... Her lips ugh), in AHS her face seems totally static (not only because of the role she plays ...), and she had a slight nosejob (inb4 delusional fans coming for me). And no BTW is not just about the inside, Gaga said it multiples times (She was bullied for a weight, big nose, and ''rabbit teeth'' she told an interviewer), and #Bodyrevolution wad about physical acceptation. So no don't try to bring down the fans who speak about BTW as a physical message too.

It's just super clear her face changed. And tapped, it's even worth. Not going to debate with delusional fans. Just my opinion.

No, it's not clear that she permanently changed her face. It has been proven multiple times on this forum that her nose looks exactly the same than when she was not even famous. It's not "delusion", it's just the truth.

She uses tape and a lot of makeup. Makeup can change every single part of your face. The lips are temporary and there's no way you can know if she had botox injections.

That fan exaggerated so much. You can never know how she feels/thinks and who she really is without spending some time with her privately So, we don't know **** about her. I strongly disagree with her love of facial fillers and ****, she looks like a **** star with those stupid lips, but I know it's not my business. I can only hope that one day she stops ruining her pretty face. But maybe if I knew her and her reasons behind facial fillers, I'd agree with her. So, our speculations are pointless. And the whole part about her mental state is pure speculations too. Only her friends and family know what's going on in her life.

I am actually confused about her relationship with any work done on her face. Clearly she's got the face tape and the occasional lip injections but I do wonder a lot if she got a nose job and stuff. I look at her photos in the inside of the The Fame CD booklet and notice how round and cherubic her cheeks look there and then 2009 and beyond they don't look like that from any angle. And sometimes her nose in 2008 does look a little different......

 

but then again makeup can change how the nose looks if you need it to. Makeup is really powerful in terms of how somebody can use it so for the most part I really think it's makeup that does it for her.

To me it wouldn't even matter if she had any permanent surgeries done. I do own neither her nor her body, she is a free human being and she can do whatever she wants with her face, lips, etc. Most of people who cry about her injections have never even met her in the real life and at the same time they treat her as a mother or a family member and in my opinion, it's much worse than having a nose job or lip injections. However, I'm sorry if it offended anyone, I just see no point in discussing what a grown woman does with her body.

Honestly....I agree with some points. I disagree about Gaga not knowing who she is now but I agree about her changing her face. Sometimes I'm delusional and like to believe she didn't get work done but the truth is, she did.. Her face from 2005 to 2011 looked the same. Something happened to her in 2012 and she had lip injections and botox and that worried me because in my opinion she had the most unique and beautiful face (she still does). In 2013 all of that foreign substances started to faded away and her face started to look normal again. Then sometime in 2014 it happened again and her lips just got bigger and formed into an odd shape. Honestly I question whether she had a nose job or not. Without makeup, her nose isn't as big as it used to look and the whole "Growing up alters your face" excuse is bulls--t. The last time her nose looked like its normal shape was in the you and i video. I'm not saying she had a nose job, she probably didn't because sometimes her nose looks bigger, just not as big as it used to look. She has a sort of crater mark on her nose which is a sign of a nose job but I'd like to believe it just got there out of nowhere. Gaga's face looked like its old self again earlier this year especially when she had the black hair. For some reason when she went blonde that's when her lips got bigger again and I've noticed sometimes when she laughs, it looks hard for her to laugh almost like her face is frozen or something. I also dislike it when she uses face lift tape to pull back her eyes and neck because she's going to regret it in the future when she has crows feet and wrinkles. Face lift tape causes wrinkles over time as Jennifer Lopez said herself which is why she had to stop. Gaga is barely 30, she's still a baby. I would understand her altering her face if she was in her 40s or 50s but she's practically 30. 30 is so young and her face is still fresh. I want her to love her natural features because she is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. It's like the saying "Don't fix something if it isn't broken". I just don't want her to end up like Britney Spears. For those that dont know, Britney Spears got a nose job in Mid 2013 and since then she started getting lip injections and botox. Britney has been looking almost like her normal self again and she looks her age now but the nose job is permanent and it's sad because Britney had one of the most unique noses in the industry. I know I sound ignorant and that face altering is popular in hollywood but I think Gaga and Britney are naturally beautiful. They are free to do whatever they want with their faces but truthfully I hope they stop. As a person though I admire Gaga so I disagree with this guy because Gaga is just so human and vulnerable now. I see life in her eyes. The only thing that irks me is that she still fakes her accent from time to time. Gaga is a big mystery eh?

If she did have surgery, good for her. If she did't, good for her. It doesn't make her a bad person. And I'm tired of people saying "She said she would never have surgery nor like money."
