I'm pretty sure this isn't happening, but if it did, do you think that it would give off the same feeling as when it was back when the tours were still going on? What about it would be different. Would you feel like you were back in 2009 if she brought back the Fame Ball? Or like you were back in any other years of the other tours? Discuss below Monsters! I haven't been to any tour before the artRAVE...I was supposed to go to the BTWB but, well you know lol.
