She's been doing her lips for years now, (and I think the little dips in her nose profile sometimes) but recently, the past year or so, she seems to have started doing the area above her lips too (philtrum). For AHS she's cleary been having her cheekbones and chin done. And a few days ago she seems to have had her lips, chin, cheekbones, and maybe her jaw done as well. They're just injectable fillers that are safe and fade away over time, which is why every now and again she'll come out with an oddly different looking face, then in a few months is looking as natural as ever again. But gone are the days off her cute little square chin. It's something that happens to people when they get older, and both her parents have double chins so it's in her genetics. Plus she's let herself grow into a healthier body shape the past couple of years and a small accumulation of fat is avoidable on the face too. I think instead of having something invasive like liposuction, she's chosen to extend her chin with fillers. It's much rounder and more prominent since she started AHS, and from side on it projects a lot more than in the past! All of this said though I think she looks stunningly beautiful.
