Since the justice system overlaps Provincially and Federally, a Province cannot put you in jail or give you a criminal record for something that is legal federally... but some parts of the Coutry could not fully recognize it as legal and do things like place fines even tho u wont actually go to jail I think going to jail for it is silly, it's overcrowding jail and we know that jail aren't the best place to become a great sane person right so I think it would save time, money and mental stability for everyone. When it comes to actually buy it, I don't know, in a way if it's accessible , informations regarding it can also be more accessible. But the most important I think is to stop making it a crime than can make people go to jail.
