TiphEret 1,320
I think some of you need to put things in their context, if a law exists there is a reason for it. In Germany and as well in France it's illegal to deny crime such as the holocaust. It's not directly against freedom of speech as some of you may think, but the fact that after WWII public figure were denying the holocaust, in the press and such and spreading antisemitism by doing so: Jews aren't real victime, it's all a lie, it's the Jewish lobby trying to get Palestine for themselves and so and so... Basically spreading hateful views on Jews. I don't think it's so bad to forbid to publish lies in public when it comes to history it's not like it's a theory about the big bang, it's something that our grandparents went through. Maybe some don't get it because your family wasn't deported well think two minutes if someone was telling to your face you are lying about torture and the death of 6 million people, it's quite a big deal, so to negate that you must be really hating on Jews, why is it so hard to understand? Because you didn't go through that? So maybe tomorrow I could publicly says that slavery never existed it's in the head of Black people and that they always play the victims etc... you would find this acceptable? But if you are happy in the US being able to spread hate so be it but don't come complain in the next thread about racism and stereotype when you don't mind hate speech. Your country deny visa to artist that have a big mouth, I mean they are the best at spying on people and YOU talk to me about FREEDOM of SPEECH? I am sorry but you made my day I am laughing so hard now! Have fun living in a delusion. Again the law regarding negationnism isn't directly in connection with freedom of speech and you don't get because you weren't occupied as your country is usually the occupier in most part of the world. bye Sur le sable sur la neige, Sur les images dorées,Sur le front de mes amis, J’écris ton nom
