I know why you have it and I understand why and why it's potentionally a slippery slope but such things should not be opposed by a country on it's people. Where do we draw a line? Should the countries also make a law for Armenian genocide (for example) or is that not close enough to care and everyone just can say whatever they want even tho it can also be hurtful? If you been through the same as my granny (which I highly don't hope) you can make those statements (Eventhough it's still discussable). If not don't tell her to grow a thick skin. Coming from the United States, and thus a far more evolved democratic society, I believe we should tolerate everyone regardless of what they have to say or think and regardless of if it makes some people uncomfortable. The woman in your profile picture frequently refers to people of my s-xual orientation as "f*gs". Can we jail her for that or can we only jail people for offending Jews?
