They can manipulate a single individual without anyone noticing, and that single individual can become suicide bomber and kill many innocent people easily. I hope they have a well organized intelligence agency to track terrorist activities, Russia has really strong national security even though standard of living is not high there either. They found a fake syrian passport on one of the Paris attackers, he was simply an ISIS terrorist who blended in with refugees... I'm scared for my country, my mother and lots of relatives live there. I'm scared for their safety, even if now in France I don't feel as safe because of the Parisian attentates...
