Even though, how awful Paris Massacre was; I believe it will help people to open their eyes about the fact that a terrorist organization isn't like a country that can only have impact around its existing area... I think only way to finish ISIS is a military intervention, by military intervention I don't only mean airstrikes, but a full intervention with military landing. Operations, and interventions are continuing, but there was not a consistent military landing until this point except for couple occasions for small periods of time... Considering most of family, and close friends live in Istanbul, various european francophone cities (mostly Paris, Lausanne), I am very scared for them. I know that ISIS doesn't really choose specific targets in its attacks but still the fact that my beloved ones are mostly type of people ISIS would specifically like to kill makes me cringe from the bottom of my heart. ISIS also killed 100 people in Ankara with a suicide bombing which is the deadliest terrorist attack of history of Republic of Turkey. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_Ankara_bombings I believe at this point all countries recognize the level of danger... But US is the only country who has enough power to organize all other countries against ISIS. Israel, and Turkey has biggest armies after US in NATO and closest NATO countries to the area ISIS is most active in, but I doubt they will do anything without US, and NATO. We all know that these terrorist organizations get chance to become bigger because they benefit some other countries initially, but at this points talking about who empowered ISIS and its kinds is pointless; actions should be taken against ISIS, it is the only way to save lives from future attacks of ISIS. Probably ISIS will try to give as much as damage possible if military landings start, but there is no other way to stop them. It is impossible to catch capillary vessels of a terrorist organization unless you stab them in the heart. Yes, I realize that this is probably the only way, however, I still fear a lot that the attacks will be then a way more severe than they are now... I don't want to see the innocent people die anymore, it's really painful. I think the biggest mistake that NATO has ever made was that they waited to long, they could have nipped this radicalism in the bud couple years ago (that's what I believe at least). They just thought that it won't be worse than Al-Qaeda etc. But then ISIS started to actually invade lands which is very unusual for a terrorist organization. They also captured the money from the banks that were in those areas they invaded which simply gave them a huge amount of money to fund their actions... There is also another important issue, ISIS sells oil... If NATO were to fight with them, they should also stop buying their cheap oil, which may be a problem...
