edit: I haven't personally heard of radical mosques but if they exist and do preach hate and bad stuff which lead to events like we witnessed the other day then yeah I think it'd be better without them  That goes for any place that preaches hate as well

They will just take actions against imams who preach extreme islam and violence, who support ISIS,its actions,and who helps them get new jihadists. Nobody is denying anyone any right, muslims are free to practice their religion and always will. Hate speech is not allowed in France, have been a punishable offence for decades and it's not news.
