I don't think they should yeah, the reason why these terrorists keep doing what they are doing is because they believe this is another crusade against muslim world, all these christian countries are in middle east against them, that's how they see it. And they will use every civilian casualty as propaganda tool to show how the West is evil and it will help them recruit more naive fools who think they are just defending muslims. 

They have been bombing them for year and half and it's very clear that this isn't working. France has radicals inside their own country, some say 20 people were involved in attack but only 8 are dead.

What about in Iraq, where minorities like the Yazidi are being driven from their homes and dying?  What about the gay people being thrown off buildings?  What about the people of other religions who are being stripped of their property or killed?  Do we not help them?

First of all, we are already at war, time to realize it..

France did a big mistake, they didn't have to rush and bomb them, because now it's hit me hit you game.. the next terrorist attack is about to come very shortly..

There are 2k known IS members in my city, the police knows each and every one of them, they know it for 2 years already and did nothing to fight against it, no arresting, nothing! They really should start clean the country from them.

I agree that this is how the conflict is perceived by ISIS, and the difficulty of military operations in close proximity to civilians is exactly what you described, and gives them a lot of potential propaganda.  But then my question is... do we do nothing, secure our own borders, and let minorities in ISIS territory get slaughtered?

So the solution is to come up with a better plan of action and/or replace the leaders of the operation, not do nothing.  Allowing civilians to be killed by ISIS while doing nothing to try to stop it is just as bad as accidentally killing civilians in bombings.
