But you do know, that IS aren't known as criminals but citizens who fight and kill for the first time after underground trainings. There is no background on being a criminal, they can just get in (with the help of refugees) and it did help them. So what is your point at this moment? I consider them criminals as they plan and do criminal activities. Many are often known to police when their names are revealed. If you follow the news you would notice that each time they find passports next to their bodies. They never forget them! I just find that odd. There is also a video from the GF's band player that was holding the concert at the theater who "probably" has filmed the terrorist walking among them.
