I like led Work It but I didn't vote for it because to me Missy has much better songs. IMO

Her and Timbaland changed the rap game forever with this song. The beat, the video, the dancing everything changed.

That's because there was so much talent backing up the fun. The creativity and dancing in her videos. The ideas drawn from movies and art and the creativity in her wardrobe that was not done in rap before her. She changed everything, not just an amazing rapper. She is the whole package. Kinda like Madonna revolutionized pop in the 80's and Lady Gaga revolutionized it again in the 2010's.
