There were members of the press, from media sources like CNN and MSNBC, in Columbia during this time. If there were actual broken windows and victims, they would be reporting on it on their news outlets. Also, Mizzou had been rated as the number one school for journalism in the US. They have a huge, highly organized and professional media department. The journalism students would have been all over this story, but it was a hoax. Just accept it.

Changed the title to hopefully calm the mood in here, let us focus on the real issue at hand. Real jerks did threaten black students and playing on fears is wrong and not too far from terrorism itself if any of these fools ever acted out their threats. I'd rather people like this keep stupid ideas like that to themselves instead of contributing to this mess. Racial issues are already tense enough throughout the country...

I never said the KKK thing was true though? People in this thread were trying to discredit THE WHOLE THING, not just the KKK aspect. Please follow the thread thank you. In fact one of your first quotes was "Apparently this entire thing is a Hoax" then other members desperately wanting to discredit the story followed you. But apparently you thought the threats were true or whatever.

 

But however I do find it very embarrassing how the same users who like to discredit racism always like your posts because they enjoy seeing you trying to shut me down.

Where am I not calm? It is frustrating reading through a thread to see people being rude to me but i'm not being specifically angry at anyone. It wasn't online, is what I meant. There were on-site people running around in trucks etc

Well, I specifically was referring to the KKK attack. The threats are obviously true however the situation was a hoax.
