There were a handful of anonymous tweets over the past few days. There were not armed KKK members riding around in trucks and running around campus. That was made up and passed around from person to person, including the student body president. He has apologized for spreading misinformation.

Isn't there a law against what these KKK people are doing? These are threats, should be taken seriously and this sounds like a fear tactic which make them sound like terrorists. I've had enough of these groups.

I wasn't the one saying it was a rumor, but that is what I was gathering from users from the area. Of course, I just came across this story, so tell me what's up. I just can't believe there are people who still hold these extreme views to threaten people over the color of their skin in the U.S. I never understood this eugenics or simple view of the human race. It's like a virus.

There are now two people who are have been arrested for making threats. They were not riunning around the campus armed and making threats. The information that there were groups of armed KKK members on campus was the rumor. A few people making threats online and over social media the last few days is a fact.

I wasn't meaning specifically you, I mean i'm just surprised how quickly it's spread that it is a hoax. But yeah a lot of these guys are here but not heard. Me thinks somethings bad is going to happen within the next 2-3 years. One of these guys is going to go to the extreme

This proves the threats were made NOT that there were actual KKK members on campus. This is 2015. If that had actually happened don't you think we'd have at least one picture or video?
