The only thing is that I can't listen to Track 14 due to SJWs coming for it, which I can understand because the title is offensive to certain people. I feel amazing about ARTPOP and listen to it regularly. were there some tracks that could have been cut? yes. but the standouts are REALLY standouts and some of Lady Gaga's best material. honestly, it is far superior than A LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT of the pop music that is being released nowadays. and one hit wonders come and go. ARTPOP is solid, no matter its flaws and what the media has to say (which is more than regularly absolute SH*T) so, yeah. (in the lack of a better emoticon) (where are the good emoticons BTW?) It encompasses everything that I've come to love about her as an artist: it has imagination, atmosphere, philosophy, humor, sass, energy to spare, and a lot of heart. The production is on-point and fully dimensional (sounding pristine on large and small speakers), and the songwriting has many of her sharpest melodies and most irresistible choruses.
