Kesha begging courts to let her record or her career is 'effectively over'

I wish the courts would rule to allow her to record independently. Maybe she couldn't work with another label and would have to do her own promo, but at least let her try and make some money and continue with her career. A s-xual harassment suit shouldn't stop someone from being able to work in their field. It doesn't seem right to me.

What I don't get is why they don't just let her out of the f***ing contract? Like Dr. Luke must know she's never going to work with him again, Sony as well. Why not just offer her to work with Max Martin or some other hit maker just so she can finish her contract with Sony? Since they're so concerned about money, a hit single is a hit single.. just get it done without Luke. You'd think they'd just give up and let the girl go, it's not like she's gonna go back to being the puppet she was in the beginning.

I feel so bad for her. Sony is disgusting for taking the side of the person who makes them more money.

Why doesn't Gaga, a rape survivor and promoter of The Hounting Ground, speak up? I remember Kesha's mom thinking that Gaga's rapist was Dr. Luke, too, and Gaga completely ignoring Kesha's situation. What happened to the "females have to stick together" concept? Why doesn't Taylor Swift invite her to one of her concerts to show her audience that rape is NOT okay? Why doesn't Katy Perry stop working with Dr. Luke? Why doesn't Beyoncé side with Kesha, since she is all about promoting feminism? 

Makes me really, really question all pop girls' intentions.
