Listen I'm not a Beiber fan at all but he was mad he was being taped in France. France actually has the toughest paparazzi/privacy laws in the world. Some major stars have moved to France because of that reason. They have stricter laws because Princess Diana's death. He was probably very annoyed with being video taped without his permission.

that or his PR team paid the paps to go and film him. they do it a lot when big celebs land in the airports there

His team...manager...parents...PR...ALL must be so frustrated working for him and trying to excuse his HORRENDOUS behavior!!! No grown person flips chairs at a restaurant and walks out...he's EXTREMELY immature but quite honestly...I feel he has a mixture of ADD, Bipolar disorder, and anger issues...basically white Chris Brown

I doubt the PR team would do that only to get that reaction. Besides its Beiber not the Kardashians. I would say that maybe someone on his team got paid to tip them off behind his back or someone at the restaurant got paid to tip them off.
