In a recent interview with Billboard magazine, the interviewer asked Justin Bieber about Bette Midler's reaction to his dad's naked photo comments. If you don't remember Bette Midler said...

In response to Bette Midler being brought up Bieber said, "This Britt Meddler, I don’t even know who that is, honestly. I wanted to immediately say ‘Who is this lady?’, but then I’m just fueling this negativity. I do feel the photo was an invasion of my privacy. I felt super violated. My dad made light of it, but I don’t think that’s sick and twisted. It was funny. Dads are going to be dads.”

Umm clearly you know Bette Midler and you're just being brat about it. Not only is he in the generation that adores Hocus Pocus, but he's in the music industry. Therefore, to say he doesn't know her seems like a complete lie. Honestly, he's the same Justin Bieber, nothing's changed. 

Better Midler responded to the interview by saying...

...because Justin called her Britt.
