Dont come for me saying "you don't like it because you overplayed it" argument. I overplayed TFM & (the tracks I like in BTW) and I can still play those albums over and over again. I've never been really crazy about the era in general... I was far more concerned by the concept of the fears and dark things she brought in TFM...That's maybe why I feel like BTW is getting old.. Actually the only songs I'm still listening from BTW are Bloody Mary, TEoG, You and I, Electric Chapel, MTN and maybe ScheiBe... I'm fine with ARTPOP and I can listen to it all the way through without skipping, but I'm having a break from her music for a while. It's got to the point where I put on her albums but I don't really HEAR the music anymore because I've listened to it so much. I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!! I can't bring myself to listen to it. The thought of it is dreadful for some odd reason. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth now. Maybe I over-played it or something. I don't know. All I know is that I just don't like it anymore. Does anyone else know the feeling? This thread has probably been made before…For me it feels a bit empty, the production sounds vacuum-packed, but also the lyrics don't really speak to me. And in combination with how the ARTPOP era unfolded and the events Gaga went through in that period of time, I can't really bring myself listening to almost anything on the album. I never did sadly.) : I got very very bored of BTW album... I just find it got old in a bad way... On the contrary I find that TF and TFM are becoming more and more iconic with time... For the moment I'm still fine with ARTPOP but I'm pretty sure when LG5 will be out that album won't remain one of her most iconic work.. Don't shade me, it's just my opinion and my feeling I feel the same. BTW, for the most part, was not for me. I always had a hard time getting through the album, and now I don't listen to it at all. I still love ARTPOP, although albums that are two years old go on my play every once in a while list. A couple of weeks ago, I pulled C2C back out. It is perfect for the fall and for the holidays! For decorating, cooking, dinner parties, road trips...the album seems to fit this time of year. I can see myself going back to it every year at this time! Sometimes you just need a break from an artist or just music and listen to something else, nothing bad about that.It happens from time to time, then I go again listening to Poker Face, Lovegame, etc. songs I haven't listened to in a while and they sound good again. You need to clean your soul, listen to Wildfire from Confident first, then you go to church, you get on your knees and ask someone to put Electric Chapel on shuffle.
