Mrs. Ever's son got kidnapped in 1925, decades before Sally was even born. It doesn't add up.She must of had the virus when she was 30. Hmm that could be an explanation. But I don't think so. We clearly see in episode 1 that Donovan and Sally use the same syringe - if she had had the virus then, Donovan would have been turned already.
