Like, if Gaga hadn't said it was a about rape it could just have been about a very disgusting person. More about the turmoil, inner turbulence, and feelings towards the rapist and yourself rather than the rape itself. Swine is losing your mind for 4 minutes to "let it out", Til It Happens to You is the other side of it. The sad, falling apart, tears on the pillow and pushing everyone away while wanting someone to hold you and tell you it's ok.
