Why if you sing or act, must you appear perfect, like you do not eat or sleep or move, just look perfect and vacant? Celebs are regular people. Have you ever met one in every day life? They do not look like they do in magazines.Perfect these days by magazine standards looks alien and vacant.I never said they need to look like that... I only said she has putting more and more weight slowly since 2011. And in the pic I posted, she looks pregnant to me. I stated the obvious to the person who said she looks perfectly fine which gives the sub-message that they need to be "perfect" in some ways. They don't need to be, plus thinking that they are perfect is deluded too. Nobody is perfect, at least not Lana =D PS: There are ,of course, people who like aesthetically perfect by the general standards of beauty like Candice Swanepoel.I did meet some celebrities, they looked like how they look on TV shows, of course photo shoots are photoshopped to make them more s-xier but it is only pertaining to business. Magazines want to sell more to make more profit, it is the reason why they exist, it is a business. So of course they will photoshop photos to make it more appealing to the biggest demographic they can reach. I am saying biggest demographic because most of potential buyers won't be happy with less aesthetically appealing photos. What consensus is on aesthetically appeal can change depending on many factors, time, culture, fashion icons, politics etc... To give an another example that would clarify that it is not s-xist that they photoshop her is that they put foundation on even guys who do not wear make-up in their everyday life when they are on Tv.
